of standard UNIX configurations. It is suitable for clients with some UNIX systems administration
experience, and allows very fine control over all aspects of system configuration and operation.

Plesk is a great, easy-to-use control panel suitable for most users. It allows easy control
of all aspects of server configuration, including adding domains and e-mail addresses to your
server, and requires little technical knowledge. Plesk is not suitable for clients who require
fine control over system configuration.

Management services
include intial system setup, standard software package installation/configuration, and assistance with customer-installed
software at QWK.Net's discretion. Management does not include assistance for hosting
activities or other applications where system access is provided to third parties.
Bandwidth is measured via the 95% rule.
Additional bandwidth is available "a la carte" at $2.75/GB, or $1.75/Gb pre-paid
in 25GB blocks.
Special arrangements and prices are available for high-bandwidth customers.
Remote hardware
power control is available for an optional $150 one-time fee per server.
QWKServers are
often custom-built to your specifications. Servers marked "IN STOCK" are
normally available for use within 24 hours. All others are normally available
for use within seven business days. All servers receive extensive burn-in
testing to assure quality.
The optional Plesk software
available with QWKServers is free of charge for one domain. If you need more than
this number, there will be a one-time $199 fee.
